Wanted to give shout out to Woodruff Smiles! Had a Great experience from JJ who helped get me get started with insurance info and setting up my dental portal, very nice lady, explained everything and helped get me a fair cost! Also Karie who did my Deep Clean procedure, explaining to me all her process and educating on what was needed to get me back on track! She was Awesome!

Like most people, I used to dread going to dental appointments every 6 months. I’d look for ANY reason to reschedule… which ultimately led to me skipping all my appointments and going years without dental care.
But, this all changed in 2022 when I became a patient at Woodruff Smiles. The hygienist I see (Karrie Aitch) is the BEST! She’s personable, attentive, and extremely thorough. I now schedule appointments with Karrie every three months and genuinely look forward to my visits!

I never write reviews but my whole experience here was bad. They cleaned maybe 2 of my teeth then proceeded to tell me I had 4 cavities out of nowhere that needed to be filled immediately. I asked them twice not to reschedule me and they did it anyways. I had a feeling something was off so I saw another dentist who was great. They did a thorough cleaning and told me I had 0 cavities. Please save yourself the time and go anywhere else.

I had a root canal done with Dr. Bevens. She did an excellent job. It was not an easy procedure since I had. a temp crown. And I did have some gum complications after the procedure. But she did see me and explained everything and was able to solve my problem. And I had some health insurance questions and they were also taken care of. So if you need a dentist, call them today and they will work with you to accommodate your needs!

The staff is very friendly here! I look forward to my visits always. I saw Karrie July 30th. She was amazing! Best hygienist I’ve ever had! Very informative and so sweet. Our conversation was very natural, you can tell she loves her job! Lexi Winner is also awesome!
