I had a very good experience. Everything was so kind. They explained everything to me and ask if I had any questions. I went in for just a consult for a loose wisdom tooth. They took X-rays and said I had no bone holding in place. Ask if I was willing to have extraction today and had it done. Dr Reynolds was so kind. I will recommend Aspen Dental in Greenville to anyone.

Everyone was nice and professional. My first visit, mainly X-rays and an examination. They have new technical Instruments, very interested to try. So let’s see, post more as, as I get further along.
I got set up, with a dental credit, easy payments. Hey that works, no interest for at least 18 months, plan on paying off before the time is finished.

Today was my first visit to Aspen Dental. I was greeted with concern and a warm smile. When my appointment began, the dental technician did an exceptionally amazing job. She explained everything she did and even made sure that I was not in any prolonged pain. I’ve never had a dental technician stay with me throughout a dental visit. Unbeknownst to her, she kept my anxiety way down. The hygienist was so forthcoming and friendly. She gave me information that I’ve never heard before. The dentist was also awesome. He made and maintained eye contact with me. That’s not a normal dentist visit for me. I sincerely appreciate being seen and heard. The payment plan and scheduling process were so seamless and stress free, that I am looking forward to my procedure. I am so grateful to Aspen Dental and the staff at the Woodruff Rd location in Greenville, SC. YOU ARE ALL AMAZING! Thank you for taking such good care of me

UPDATE: Dawn, please read the review before sending me to the same exact department that couldn't help me before.... I wonder how many hours I've wasted trying to get this straightened out.
ORIGINAL: Aspen Dental is the absolute worst dentist experience I have ever had. I was overcharged for my cleaning. When I questioned it, I was told that this is the standard procedure at Aspen Dental and that I had to wait until Aspen Dental received money from my insurance company before I would be refunded. I thought that was a strange way to run a dental office, but I didn't feel like I had a choice.
Well, it has been six months and I have not received my money. Aspen keeps sending me bills for more and more money, even though it is them that owes me money. When I call the number on the bill to ask questions about when I will receive my refund, they tell me I need to wait longer. After I wait longer, I call back and then they tell me I need to talk to the office that I went to in order to ask questions about my bill. Of course, the office never answers the phone. So, I guess I will have to take time out of my work day to go in and talk to someone that probably won't be able to help me either.
DEFINITELY DO NOT GO TO ASPEN DENTAL. Do your research. Read about all the law suits they've had. The absolute worst.

I appreciate the people at Aspen Dental for seeing me on an emergency basis while I was on vacation in SC. I was in so much pain from a cracked molar! They got me in ASAP and were very complete with their evaluation and referral services, as well sympathetic to my painful plight! I have never been so eager to visit a dentist in my life! Everyone was extremely nice and helpful, trying their best to take care of me in time for a pre-arranged flight back home to OR. I am very, very grateful!
