Very sweet, gentle and skilled dental hygienist. The best I've ever been to. Did an excellent job on my cleaning. Dr. Reynolds is an amazing Dentist! She is professional, knowledgeable and has the sweetest personality! Everyone in the office is so friendly and helpful! They treat you like family! I've been seeing Dr. Reynolds for 12 years now.

First class treatment!!! I was politely greeted when I arrived. The X-Rays were done in a quick and professional manner. Dr. Reynolds took a detailed approach to the treatment I needed. She explained what I needed and gave me great advice on what I need to be doing to help myself. I am very satisfied with the treatment I received. I would definitely recommend this Aspen Dental to anyone in the Greenville, SC area.

I would not recommend this dental office to anyone. My experience here was deeply disappointing and left me feeling like my care was secondary to their financial motives. They recommended extensive dental work without thoroughly explaining the reasons or showing clear evidence on my x-rays. There was no effort to sit down and discuss the findings, which made me question the necessity of the treatments being pushed.
It felt like they were taking advantage of the fact that I have good insurance, prioritizing profit over patient care. Transparency and trust are essential in healthcare, and this office completely failed in both areas. I strongly urge others to proceed with caution or seek care elsewhere.

I can’t thank the team at Aspen Dental enough for their kindness and care for my 90-year-old mother. They are always attentive and gentle with her, making what could be a stressful experience so much easier for both of us.
Today, they went above and beyond by fixing her chipped tooth right away, saving us from making another trip—a huge relief since traveling with her can be challenging. The staff made her feel comfortable and valued, and now she’s good as new, smiling and happy again!
I’m truly grateful for their professionalism, compassion, and efficiency. Highly recommend Aspen Dental for anyone looking for excellent care for themselves or their loved ones!

My experience was not great I felt like they were trying overcharge me on deep clean and fill in that I didn’t even receive. Besides the receptionist and the lady who took my photo every one was rude and the appointment was two hours just to take photos! I went to palms dentist and they cleaned the same day as a new patient and was very kind and caring AND A LOT CHEAPER
