I went in with extreme jaw pain and my jaw kept locking up. I needed 3 wisdom teeth pulled. The doctor made sure to get me in that day and did it in a timely matter showing his concern with my jaw locking he took the time to make sure I didn’t leave with those teeth still numbing my face from the pain. Thank you so much.

Very knowledgeable staff, made me feel comfortable, and helped answer all my questions along the way. An excellent experience for me. Much less stressful than I anticipated, very prompt service, and again just a great crew. 10/10 would recommend.

I hadn't gone to the dentist for at least 3/4 years due to my anxiety around it but the team there are some the most welcoming n comforting people to have work on u! Not only that but the hygienist will explain every in terms u can understand and they make sure u can get everything within reason done all in the same visit. They also have very affordable pricing and payment plans!

So the dentist I saw was Probably the friendliest dentist I’ve ever been to. Started off addressing my diabetic issues that coincidentally he has a family history of. He was giving me tips and advice on things I could do to help with my diabetes which was the same things my endocrinologist has told me so right off the bat he was going above and beyond his job as a dentist. I was dead set on getting dentures at the age of 34 which after further research is something I would have regretted but he talked me out of it and set up a different option that worked really well for me which I decided to go with that was really affordable. Such a great professional guy and I will continue being a patient of his for many years to come . His name is Paul Yates and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an awesome dentist. Although the one girl behind the desk was pretty rude .. not sure what her name was but she had a monotone personality and was like welcome to aspen and showed no enthusiasm.

Good experience for a first time patient! Staff was welcoming and reassuring. They answered al of my questions and worked with me to crate a care plan that worked with my budget and schedule. Great!
Edit: Wanted to update my review after my second experience. Staff was great but the office seems very unorganized. Schedule appointment for 2 and received several texts, emails, and call confirming a 2pm appointment. The day of they call me to see if I want to move up my 2:30 appoint (not my appointment time) to 1:30. I said sure. I show up at 1:30 for a cleaning and extraction. The hygienist was not ready for me and I was told it would be 20 minutes. I waited an hour in a room without anyone coming to update me on what was happening. Ended up having to find the person who helped me to ask to cancel the cleaning so I could just do the extraction. Which they were happy to do. I am now receiving texts asking if I want to "reschedule my missed 2pm appointment".
Overall, I was happy with the staff and services provided. However, the scheduling was simply unprofessional and indicates that one hand doesn't know what the other is doing. I'm grateful aspen was able to see me on short notice while I'm displaced from the Helene. However, I would hesitate to make them my full-time dental office based on my experience. I would still recommend them for urgent dental needs.
