Yeah, don’t walk away from this place RUN! They lie! You can’t go to another Aspen, I tried. The following pics began happening within 30 days of receiving the permanent dentures. This is either technician incompetence, inferior products, or a combination of both!

This was a very friendly office and I just felt comfortable and at ease. Not always the case in Dental offices for me. Ally, the sweet young lady who took my x-rays and accompanied me to the room to get examined was extremely informative, explaining every picture she was taking, answered all of my questions and very patient. Felt that everyone in this office really cared for the patients. Wasn't just a job to them. Would highly recommend Aspen Dental.

A very positive visit, I had my dental treatment and future plans explain in detail with the dentist hygienist Norman. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with, he explain the different choices that I could have for future dental service.

Had to make an emergency appointment for a broken wisdom tooth. I was told to come in early since Aspen takes walk-ins and if it was not busy I could be seen. Had an appointment @11 am, got there @9:30 am with no patients in the lobby. Was skipped over every other patient that arrived after me. Wasn’t seen until 10:45 and ended up with nothing except an even more chipped wisdom tooth and worse pain. Never again!

Good experience. Wait time to be seen was 20 min. Staff very friendly. Dentist was very knowledgeable. Some pain with digital scan as I had some sensitive areas re my gums.
