I was there with my husband today. First when we walked in the door we were greeted by the most friendly receptionist I think I have ever seen. She (Jasmine) was greeting us as soon as we came in. She helped with the insurance cards and all paperwork we had to fill out. This lady deserves a promotion and a raise. All the staff was great. The only reason I did 4 stars is bc we waited a long time. During the wait we were updated every few minutes which was great. The tech and dentist was fabulous. The office manager went over the estimate in full details. She was friendly but it was nothing like the receptionist. I wish I had a business of my own bc I would have hired Jasmine on the spot. Over all I was pleased with payment plans, the staff, and seems like everyone was going the extra mile. Thank you Aspen dental for giving us all the care you did today.

My first time going too Aspen and the employees were so nice. They greeted me when I first walked in. They explain to me everything that I needed to have done and they were just so kind and helpful about making there customer happy. I would recommend them to anyone that need dentist help. I was really please going there for the first time meeting so many kind hearted people. Thank everyone for being so kind and helpful see y'all soon.

From the dental staff to the office staff they all made my experience as painless as possible! They are a very knowledgeable and curious, as well as gentle and understanding. I did not feel judged bc of my lack of ins. I can't say enough good things about Aspen Dental!

Yeah, don’t walk away from this place RUN! They lie! You can’t go to another Aspen, I tried. The following pics began happening within 30 days of receiving the permanent dentures. This is either technician incompetence, inferior products, or a combination of both!

Scheduling an appointment was easy. They couldn't get my insurance information even though I told her it's all on 1 card the umr card nope not listing. Started the X-rays and pain pain pain. But the worst part was the tech had to keep going to get another tech for help so it took a really long time all the while we kept getting interrupted about how they couldn't find the insurance information and instead of using my last name as a professional courtesy. They kept calling me by my first name after being repeatedly asked to stop. Well they were calling the wrong company. So my frustration built to a head. They moved me to another room in the back and the tech started taking my blood pressure. And yet insurance interruption again. I pulled all my cards and I went to the desk and heard what they had to say. Even though I tried to tell her about the insurance she would not listen. My frustration was at a max now. I took my things and left mid appointment. After leaving I called the insurance UMR to give them a peace of my mind. Nope never got a call no your insurance wasn't electronically verified. We see your wife has used them before sorry we can't tell you anymore information. Has to be their mistake. Turns out it was. Don't let my experience sour you. Try them out. I just couldn't take the disrespect and constant bombardment to help you find a number on the front of the card. Clearly
