I am incredibly frustrated with my experience at this office. My husband scheduled a cleaning, and it took several months just to get him an appointment. When he finally arrived, they merely assessed his teeth and told him he could return in another six months. This feels like a blatant attempt to maximize insurance billing rather than providing proper dental care.
It is unacceptable that it should take nearly a year to get a cleaning. If the office is too busy to accommodate patients effectively, they should refer them elsewhere instead of wasting our time. I do NOT recommend this dentist office for anyone seeking timely and efficient dental care.

Sometimes people naturally have bad teeth! (It could be bad genetics or medical issues)
It does not matter how often you brush or floss your teeth, and yet a cavity is still there. Dental hygienists are there to perform a cleaning and prepare the mouth to discuss further problems with the dentist itself. So why in the world do they think they are entitle to perform a full education lesson and judge people's mouth? A full grown and educated adult does not need to be told or ask whether or not your teeth are brush/floss daily or whatever? Obviously, the adult knows.
So please educate your dental hygienist to keep their comments, opinions to themselves and avoid to give feedback unless it was clearly ask from the patient. Lots of people dislike going to the dentils mostly because the dental hygienist's "lesson of day." Do not provide any comments/feedback unless you have clearly been asked.
I hope this can be convey to all of them, and eventually patients can just go look up the ceiling get your work done and leave... It is not that hard. Thank you.

Had an urgent problem and got an appointment for the next day. Dr. McKenna answered all my questions after clearly explaining the issue and the options for treatment. Excellent care as usual and I never felt rushed. The entire staff did an exceptional job.

The first two paragraphs of Bryan Leiton Lobo's review show EXACTLY why dental hygienists need to educate patients. He is clearly ignorant of what their actual duties are, which is made even more evident in the rest of his nonsensical review. Keep it up, hygienists! Oral health is so important, and is inextricably related to your overall health. Just ask your educated, professional, and knowledgeable dental hygienist. ♥️ Or not, because it's literally their job to tell you. They'll also give you tips on home care, tailored to what you specifically need. Deal with it. Sounds like good business to me!

All members of the staff are personable, professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Kenna puts me at ease with his pleasant demeanor and confident ability. Would highly recommend this dental practice!
