EXCEPTIONAL WORK! I am very disappointed in the fact that I can’t recall the dentist name but she was AWESOME! She gave my granddaughter the best confidence in her teeth and smile. It was a long and trying process w/her temporary crowns down to her permanent crowns. She (the dentist) was very professional and welcoming. She navigated us through the entire process. Even the staff was welcoming and professional. This company ROCKS!

FIRE THE WHOLE STAFF!!!!! As soon as I walked in & saw how crowded the waiting room was, I should've left then!!! Appointment was at 12PM!!!!! After signing in, I decided to ask the rude lady at the front desk if I needed to fill out paperwork since 15 minutes went by. Thats when she informed me that my appointment was at 1PM & there were other patients ahead of me. Again, should have left then!!! I sit & still wait until at 1:15PM, another lady tells me she needs authorization from my OBGYN to take Xrays. So after a hour & a half later, I told them to cancel my appointment. Never coming back! Beyond unprofessional and ghetto!

Appointment was at 1pm didn’t go back til after 2pm,and the office was not packed. Be very mindful of the billing codes here because they charge your insurance for things you DID NOT ask them to do! Staff was nice so I’ll give 2 stars.

Scheduled an appointment online, arrived 30 minutes ahead of time; was told they did not see me on the screen. Stated they could not see me due to the dentist having the time blocked, he was doing a crown. Never offered assistance, didn’t offer to look into why I wasn’t on the schedule. I pulled my phone out with the email confirming the appointment. I asked her to figure it out. She stated she was going to figure anything out. That I was being rude and she was trying to be professional. I asked for her manager, the office manager came out, she restated that I could not be seen and that it was not the receptionist job to figure out why my appointment was on the schedule. Zero cares given by this dentist office as to what happen. All they could say was… we can’t see you. They would not fix or look into the scheduling issue.
