⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the front desk team who quickly helped me get registered. The wait time was minimal, and the process moved along smoothly. The X-ray technician was very pleasant and made me feel at ease.
The dentist was cordial, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment options, which I truly appreciated. The hygienist followed with a detailed, professional cleaning that left my teeth feeling great.
Overall, an excellent experience—efficient, friendly, and highly professional team. I highly recommend Family Dental Health in Five Forks!

I went to Family Dental Health and found out due to chemo & radiation I had a year prior that I would need a small fortune to save my teeth. I had one tooth that was my main focus for the time being and set the appointment to have it removed as half was already gone. In person, and over the phone I continued to say, "Please be sure that this is the amount otherwise I cannot do the procedure." I have insurance and paid the $399 and had my one tooth pulled. I called weeks later to see if they could work with me on saving my teeth because I simply did not want to lose the opportunity to smile or chew for that matter. The assistant manager said we are unable to work with you in any capacity. She said "We can't help everyone." Honestly, that was not great to hear but they do not owe me anything. What was upsetting is after that she said I owed around $300 more for my one tooth being pulled.
They told me they were in network with my insurance so how could this happen? I confirmed the amount multiple times before my tooth was pulled. I understand if it was a little bit more but hundreds of dollars more? I would have never done it otherwise. She said we didn't realize till after that your insurance isnt in our network. Then, Im told I should have called myself and got all the information. I dont know the particular codes or medications but I definitely would have done all my homework if I wasn't told not to worry I was in good hands. I was looked at almost like I was being extra when I had her comfirm. She called me at home with the amount.
You cannot trust them. I went through all the channels that they said existed to see if I was really stuck paying that much more and the answer was "Yes." The dentist I'm at now have never treated me like that. On there website it says they care about people. Maybe Family Dental Health care, but that certainly was not my experience. They definitely didn't care how I felt.

I recently moved back to town and decided to establish care at Family Dental Health of Five Forks. The staff was welcoming and professional, and the office was clean and comfortable.
Amy is fabulous to work with! She had all of my information and scheduling set prior to my first appointment for all to go smoothly. My experience with Dr. Tormey was exceptional! Dr. Tormey is knowledgeable, patient, and is intentional to build relationships with his patients. I’m so glad to know I’m in great hands with this practice and will definitely be returning for all my dental care!

The best dental office I have ever been to! It is so clean inside and the staff are all incredibly friendly. I also appreciate that my hygienist offers advice to me in a positive manor, no judgement. Over the past few years I have always been taken back to a room at the time of my appointment so I can accurately schedule my time away from work.

My experience absolutely exceeded my expectations and based off of other reviews I already had high expectations. The staff is super helpful and empathetic. They went way out of their way to ensure I was taken care of and the facilities were top notch. They made me feel comfortable and calm which really helped my dental anxiety. I'm glad I found Family Dental Health of Five Forks because I am not a fan of going to the dentist and they really help put my mind at ease.
