I've been going to Dr. Ackerman for a few years and he is hands down the best dentist I've ever had. The staff is always helpful and courteous, I've never had to wait more than a few minutes, and the facilities are clean and modern. I've had several services performed and every one has been a complete success. These folks worked with me to create a treatment plan that would fix all of my issues in the fastest, most cost-effective manner. I recommend Greenwood Family Dentistry to all of my friends and family.

Great staff. Great place. Everyone is very helpful. Explains in detail what needs to be done. Will listen to you about your fears and concerns. Dr. Ackerman doesn't brush things under the rug. If he is unable to do something, he knows great people to refer you too. Greenwood Family Dentistry has had amazing patience with me and I can not thank them enough for helping me.

10/10 recommend! Dr. Ackerman and his staff are amazing! The girls up front are always so sweet and welcoming. Katie (dental hygienist) is the absolute BEST!! She is always so kind and caring. She definitely makes the visit as comfortable as possible. Dr. Ackerman is very professional and explains in great detail. If you’re looking for a dental home look no further because Greenwood Family Dentistry is by far the best! 😊

First time here today and it was the worst experience ever. Wish I could give a zero star. The dental hygienist, Mary Grace was extremely unprofessional and unkind. When she started cleaning my teeth and I bled, she never apologized or talked me through what she was doing. When she used the saliva ejector, she didn’t tell me when to close my mouth so the dirt can be sucked in so I did it at my own time and my tongue was caught in the tip of the instrument several times. She never told me what she was putting in my mouth and I had to ask several times. I was in so much pain and she never asked if I was okay or if she should continue. Also, She never took the apron off that she put on me, I did it myself and she didn’t fix the dental chair as it was still reclined when I was done. It was a miracle I didn’t fall. The doctor was great as he asked how I was feeling and made sure I was okay when he was doing the second check. Not sure if I would be going for my second appointment yet unless i am giving a new hygienist and not Mary Grace .

Greenwood Family Dentistry is a great place. The staff is great and they are so welcoming. They make sure they take time with you and they are very gentle. Dr. Ackerman is great 😊 he make sure he comes in and answer any questions you might have. I would recommend this dentist and I give them a 10
