Today, I went in for some serious work. Many extractions that were not only broken or hidden away under gums for SO long. I was treated like someone having a spa day, not major dental. I went in, honestly nervous, a bit agitated, and from the moment of checking in until the moment they wheeled me out to the car, they treated me with kindness, consideration, respect, and above all professionalism that has now set my new standard of expectation from a dentists office. ALL of you today are amazing and have my respect. My mouth doesn't hurt as I expected from 8 teeth exteactions... and I can't wait to see you for my follow-up to adjust things! I can't thank you enough.
Also, I have been told a 1000X by offices in the upland... "we can work with you." They were BS. Caitlin helped us get a plan to make this affordable.
Thank you all again for working with us! ITS SO WONDERFUL TO SMILE AGAIN!!!!

First time at the practice. Dr. Megan did my cleaning and the entire process felt very thorough. They explained to me the purpose of doing each step and I left with my teeth feeling sparkling. I have two permanent retainers that I’m always nervous about during cleanings but Dr. Megan was super gentle around them and they felt brand new when I left.

Had a wonderful experience here with Dr. Megan. I haven’t found an established dentist since I switched to my student insurance and loved this practice! When I arrived I was brought back immediately for X-rays and the cleaning was quick and not painful. I liked that they had flavors for the fluoride and it wasn’t the foam fluoride my old dentist used to use. Great experience all around and everyone was so sweet including Dr. Megan I feel like she spent way more time with me than any other dentist I’ve had and answered all my questions!

Dr. Megan Frassrand took the time to talk with me thoroughly about all of my concerns and questions about having a chipped tooth filled. She listened when I said something hurt, she took care in making sure I was comfortable with the result after she was done, and did a great job in general. All of the techs and assistants were very friendly and focused.
My only issues were: I had a roughly 30-40 min wait time but I got there 8 mins late so it was probably on me and I don't dock them for it. There was back and fourth on whether of not my Cigna DHMO insurance could be taken, but we got it sorted out.
So far, I see them as a good practice with your best interest in mind, and they have the will to make things right.
Thank you!

My husband had an appointment to get a crown, when he arrived Ally the office manager had scheduled him for a frenectomy (tongue tie procedure). Everyone in the office was confused/unorganized that day and had no idea what was going on. They said it was due to being “short staffed” we are very understanding but on top of scheduling him for the incorrect procedure Ally was extremely rude. We’ve been patients there for about a year, I used to wonder why they were always so short staffed but now I understand why. I wouldn’t want to work for an office manager that behaved that way either. Ally’s behavior was made us feel very uncomfortable. We have moved to another dental practice that is professional and got my husband in for the correct procedure and with great customer service!
