I had a TERRIBLE experience at this dental office that I feel obligated to share. During my extraction operation, there were many red flags. After my procedure, they prescribed me three times the dosage of medication I had been taking, which resulted in a severe reaction that sent me to the emergency room. On top of all of this I was never put under anesthesia or laughing gas while getting 4 wisdom teeth pulled. I was FULLY awake and aware. This was a terrifying and completely avoidable situation caused by their negligence.
I trusted them with my health, and that trust was completely broken. What I went through was not just distressing but dangerous. I hope this serves as a warning to others—always double-check your prescriptions and be cautious when dealing with this office. Your health and safety should always come first, and sadly, that wasn’t the case here.

The staff is all nice, and patient. My kid gets excited to go play there which helps him not be nervous about the visit. As a parent, I liked the honesty of the diagnosis. They don't push unnecessary procedures, and explain everything.

My daughter first time going to the dentist and she acted absolutely horrible because she was scared I understand but this is the third dentist we’ve tried so can could get her front teeth fixed I didn’t think they would go through with it but they did and I’m so grateful they fixed my baby’s smile I highly recommend this dentistry for any child and adults that have anxiety and hyperactive children they didn’t get upset with her they talked her through every single step assuring that they wasn’t here to hurt her just here to help her feel beautiful again! Thank you very much Jay and Penny y’all are the best!!

I started off happy because I need extensive work and I thought we had a solid treatment plan with the costs. My first visit for 2 fillings cost almost $400 out of pocket. Then I decided to pay for dental insurance and got several more fillings. In the 7 weeks since my first visit 2 of my fillings broke. One came out completely and another one had a piece broke off. Then 2 more fillings fell out. I still have thousands of dollars in work to get done so I started a new insurance policy that's costing me $1200 to get $2500 in work. That should cover my 8 exactions. I had 3 extractions last week and there's still a piece of broken tooth stuck in my gum. I'm trying to be patient but I'm not happy with the service

Take your time reading. First time patient and will never go back again. I made an appointment for deep cleaning @3:40 pm 10/23/24 and it took 40 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. The hygienist (I believe Betsy was her name, older woman) working on me performed less than half the work that needed to be done and rushed through my cleaning that lasted only 20 minutes since they close at 5. During the cleaning, her tool kept slipping against my teeth and repeatedly stabbed/poked my gums. I was in extreme discomfort and pain and somehow she was unable to notice. I am questioning her skills as a professional and a dental hygienist, perhaps she doesn’t have as much dexterity/ fine motor unit recruitment like in years past. Age is perhaps a factor. I also took the time to examine all the tools and they appeared very dirty which is extremely unprofessional and unhygienic. In the 25 years of my existence I have never been so disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience at a dentist office until today. I will not be returning and I will be expecting either a refund or some type of compensation. Not to mention my original appointment was approximately 7 days prior but they cancelled on me the day of. Had to miss time with work twice because of this nonsense.
