Take your time reading. First time patient and will never go back again. I made an appointment for deep cleaning @3:40 pm 10/23/24 and it took 40 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. The hygienist (I believe Betsy was her name, older woman) working on me performed less than half the work that needed to be done and rushed through my cleaning that lasted only 20 minutes since they close at 5. During the cleaning, her tool kept slipping against my teeth and repeatedly stabbed/poked my gums. I was in extreme discomfort and pain and somehow she was unable to notice. I am questioning her skills as a professional and a dental hygienist, perhaps she doesn’t have as much dexterity/ fine motor unit recruitment like in years past. Age is perhaps a factor. I also took the time to examine all the tools and they appeared very dirty which is extremely unprofessional and unhygienic. In the 25 years of my existence I have never been so disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience at a dentist office until today. I will not be returning and I will be expecting either a refund or some type of compensation. Not to mention my original appointment was approximately 7 days prior but they cancelled on me the day of. Had to miss time with work twice because of this nonsense.

Had a cleaning yesterday and the lady was terrible. I’m not sure why but she was so aggressive. I thought my teeth were going to break. My teeth, tongue, and cheeks still hurt from the sucking tube instrument that she kept jamming into my mouth not even sucking the water up just sucking the side of my cheek into it, water kept leaking out getting all on my shirt. I could tell she didn’t want to do my cleaning. Even my 9 yr old said she had looked aggressive when we left. By far the worst cleaning service I ever had. My mouth didn’t feel clean,it just hurt. I never would go to her again.

I started off happy because I need extension work and I thought we had a solid treatment plan. My first visit for 2 fillings cost almost $400 out of pocket. Then I decided to pay for dental insurance and got several more fillings. In the 7 weeks since my first visit 2 of my fillings broke. One came out completely and another one had a piece broke off. I have never experienced this in my life. I still have thousands of dollars in work to do and I'm concerned about trusting this company with it

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!. Review from Todays Dental Greenville, SC. (Please read my review)
My first visit was last year, I had terrible pain in my back lower molar, they said I needed a root canal. So I did it. Afterwards, my pain was still the same and a few days later, I came back because they said I needed another root canal right beside the back molar they had just done. So I did it. They also took impressions for two crowns at that time. First visit 8/01/2023 $2409.00 and second 8/04/2023 over $2502.00.
On 6/24/2024 I called because I had moved from Greenville to Columbia and had the front desk email me my records. In the conversation I addressed the two root canals and the impression the doctor took for crowns and asked if my crowns were covered with the charges above, I was told indefinitely yes they were. I arrive on 7/01/24 for my appmt, drove 2 hours and am told the crowns are not covered. After speaking to the doctor and Shamika,(woman who represented herself as the office manager), I was told since they put me through this trouble, they would do some bonding on a few broken teeth (which i addressed needing on my previous visit) on my next visit and they would charge my insurance with very little if any money had to come out of pocket..as well as put crowns on. I agreed.
Came back to Greenville on 8/07/24 to have this work, as promised, done. I’m seated in the dental chair and the doctor says so we’re going to get impressions for crowns today. I said, yes(because previous impressions that were done after my root canals were lost) and I asked “ and we’re going to do the bonding as discussed with you office manager Shamika?” The doctor(woman) had no clue that any bonding was being done. She left out of the room and minutes later Dr. Sandhu comes in and says if she does not want to do it, then I will. I said okay. The teeth that she bonded were 5 on the top. And on the bottom, she had drilled down my teeth with no bonding. After leaving there, the bonding on 3 teeth on top came off within 2 weeks. I literally had two completely different and very noticeable two front teeth. I received my bill for the bonding through my insurance company and the dentist office charged me bonding for 13 teeth!! At 377.00 each!! Leaving me after insurance paid $1079.00 with an $3671.00 bill. I immediately called the office and spoke to Shamika again and she said they had made a mistake and would be withdrawing the claim and only charging my insurance for the $1079.00. I asked her if the doctor would fix the bonding that had broken and she said absolutely when I come back to have my crowns put on.
I just had my visit a few days ago, I’m seated in the dental chair, the woman doctor comes in (Drs. Wife) and says we’re putting crowns on today and I said and fixing the bonding that broke on my teeth, right? She again, has no clue that she was doing anything and I showed her my broken teeth were bonding came off, and she says to me” this is not my specialty” I quote. I ask her to please just get my teeth straight, that’s all I’m asking and she gets up and leaves the room. At that point, I broke down crying.
Dr.Sandhu came in and gently talked to me and all that he said in the moment was so convincing. I allowed him to fix my bonding and put my crowns on.. the crowns came first, and the first crown went on smoothly and the second popped off twice and he bared down so hard on my jaw that the pain made me give out a loud grunt. His frustration was showing. He even snapped at Shamika who was assisting him with my procedure. And then it came to fixing my bonding, I had specifically told him, because he asked if he could just grind down my front tooth like the broken on, and I said absolutely not. He again, asked again if he could grind down my teeth and I said again, no. As God is my witness, he grinded my tooth and he ground down the tooth beside it that the edge had a small broken area!. I left that office and within 30 minutes, the crown that had popped off twice, popped off again and went down my throat.
